Age: 22
On June 12, 1923, Deputy Marshal Seaman, of 1211 Poplar Street, was sitting in the sidecar of a police motorcycle when it was stuck by another vehicle in a hit skip crash. He was rushed to the General Hospital in Cincinnati. He died from a fractured skull five days later at 9:10 p.m. on June 17, 1923. He was buried in Evergreen Cemetery on June 20, 1923.
