Artifacts

We are accepting artifacts such as old badges, uniform parts, and even parts of old police cars.  Papers and documents such as old policy and procedure manuals, detective's notebooks, commemorative memorials, police blotters and photographs of police officers from across our area and across time have also been donated to the Society.  We will accept artifacts on loan as well.

There is no better way to share the rich heritage of our law enforcement officers with the community.  Arrangements for donations can be made by sending email to rgross@gcphs.com.  If you do not have email, you can contact the curator at (513) 300-3664. We will issue you a receipt for income tax substantiation purposes.

The Greater Cincinnati Police Historical Society is incorporated and registered with the Internal Revenue Service as a non-profit organization, which means any financial support or donated property is tax-deductible.
