The The Greater Cincinnati Police Museum is incorporated and registered with the Internal Revenue Service as a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, which means any financial support or donated property is tax-deductible.

If you have or open an account with the Cincinnati Police Federal Credit Union, you can set up a semiannual or annual automatic transfer of funds to the Museum. Email treasurer@gcphs.com or call 513-300-3664 for a form and necessary information.
Commemorative Bricks
Print out a Commemorative Brick Form and send it or bring it to the Museum with a $50.00 donation. Our volunteers will have the brick engraved to order and place it in the sidewalk in front of the Museum

There is no better way to share the rich heritage of law enforcement officers with the community and your future generations than to donate or loan your treasures to the Musem. Bring them to the Museum, call 513-300-3664, or contact Curator@gcphs.com or Director@gcphs.com. We issue receipts in all cases.
Artifacts
We accept artifacts from any of the more than 100 law enforcement agencies serving the communities in Boone, Butler, Campbell, Clermont, Dearborn, Hamilton, Kenton, and Warren Counties of Indiana, Kentucky, and Ohio. These may include badges, medals, awards, uniform parts, sidearms and other weapons, police vehicles and parts of thereof, tools, accessories, and much, much more.
Photographs and Other Images
Photographs, tin-types, postcards, and other images are a tremendous source of history and information and very often the source of most interest in the Museum. We accept donations or short term loans for purposes of replication.
Records and Reports
Papers, reports, and documents such as old policies, procedures, staff reports, annual and monthly publications, patrol officers' and detective's notebooks, police blotters, commemorative memorials, etc. are our best source of definitive history and information.
